Happy New Year from Exertrack! We hope you didn't over-indulge too much, but if you did, now's the time to get back on track with Exertrack. This is always the time for New Year's resolutions, so here are 3 simple steps to tackle this.
- Write down what you want to achieve, with specific goals and target dates and weights/distance/etc - why not put your goals down as a comment at the bottom of this post to refer back to?
- Plan what you want to do - Exertrack Software can help you to do this, and the Exertrack Podcasts will instruct you on how and coach you.
- Measure what you are actually doing - you'll be surprised at the progress you make when you look back on it. Exertrack advice on the web is a great way to do this. If you have been updating, why not go here to check on what you achieved last year!
An added benefit is that each time you update, you accumulate Exertrack Health Points, which can eventually get you or a friend free Gold Membership for a year, amongst others...
And remember, the iPod competition is open until 28 February 2007, so enter now.
Have a fantastically fit and fabulous 2007!
